JSTOR AI Research Tool

The JSTOR AI Research Tool beta program is available until at least the end of the year. This beta program is a pilot of an interactive tool using artificial intelligence to help users browse the contents of the JSTOR database. The goal of the JSTOR AI Research Tool is to assist in finding key ideas, evaluating the relevance of texts, and discovering related topics.

  2. In the top right corner, select Register (you don’t have an account yet) / Log in (you already have an account)
  3. Search for the content you are interested in
  4. An AI assistant window will appear next to/below the content (depending on the screen size)
  5. AI tool is intuitive, offering some predefined options

Feel free to test the Assistant in different languages and use the “Submit feedback” button to give feedback to the developers.
