A new automatic reservation system will be launched on Monday 15 June 2020.
All reservations for video conferences dated from 1 July 2020 onwards should be make in the new reservation system.
Use the existing reservation form only for the video conference in June.
Do not create conference rooms for dates from 1 July 2020 in the Adobe Connect interface, the new reservation system creates rooms during the reservation process. Previously created conference rooms cannot be used for bookings.
The existing reservation form will be fully replaced by a new automatic reservation system on 1 July 2020.
Instructions for creating a conference room and booking time and capacity in the new reservation system will be available on the website of the e-learning Support Center.
