The second Staff Training Week 2024 will take place from Monday, 04. 11., until Friday, 08. 11. 2024.
Registration fee
The registration fee for this year is 100 €. The fee covers excursions to the national libraries, some refreshments during the Central Library programme, and the costs of practical arrangements. It does not cover meals, accommodation, or transport around the city.

Application
To apply for the training, please email erasmus-lib@cuni.cz a brief CV and a short motivation letter describing what convinced you to apply and mentioning what you are focused on at your work by >> September 22, 2024. <<
If capacity is exceeded, the final list of participants will be chosen within the selection procedure according to the CVs and motivation letters by September 30, 2024.
Program
Participants are invited to visit different faculty libraries of Charles University and the Central Library, which represents the hub and supporting body for all other Charles University libraries. The program consists of meetings, presentations, excursions, and sharing of best practices.
The whole program is held in English.
Further information
Participants are expected to cover their expenses, e.g. with the Erasmus+ grant provided by their home institution. Please do not make travel arrangements before your participation is confirmed. Confirmation of participation, a detailed programme with information about accommodation and transportation options is sent to participants after the registration and evaluation of the applications.
