Professionals from university libraries and other academic institutions are welcome to participate in the Staff Training Week organized by the Central Library of Charles University in Prague. Come to gain inspiration, learn and network on the academic grounds of the largest University in the Czech Republic!

Staff Training Week 2023 will take place from Monday, 05 June 2023 until Friday, 09 June 2023

Application

All applicants are required to enclose to the application their CV and a letter of motivation. These attachments are mandatory. Please, submit your application via e-mail to erasmus-lib@cuni.cz.

Program

Participants are invited to visit different libraries of Charles University, mainly the Central Library which represents the hub and supporting body for all other Charles University libraries.

The program will consist of meetings, presentations, excursions, and sharing of best practices.

The whole program will be held in the English language.

Further information

No participation fee is required. Participants are expected to cover their expenses e.g. with the Erasmus+ grant provided by their home institution. Please do not make travel arrangements before your participation is confirmed. Confirmation of participation, a detailed program with information about accommodation and transportation options will be sent to participants after the registration deadline.
